These shoes are great. They took a day or so to get broken in, but after that they are quite comfy and durable. I would recommend buying a size up if you have wide feet, as they seem snug. Overall, very pleased with the Puma twist on a classic.

I just want you to know your organization is no doubt that "exceed customer expectations." Recently, I received a pair of shoes the wrong size, and in return I could even I have received the correct size too dark like the night I am. Your organization is the industry's Ritz-Carlton. Business is not all about price, it is about "exceeding customer expectations" about your organization apparently!
